Fitting Indigo™ and Element™

Demystifying the perfect fit

U:fit simplifies the fitting of an automatic hearing instrument. Simply quick-fit based on industry-established fitting formulas and wearer validated default settings for your client’s hearing loss and actual listening environments. If you choose to make further individual refinements, that choice is readily – and easily – available to you.

Selecting Element presents fitters with a different fitting graphical interface.


Feedback Optimization - check for fit-related feedback before enabling the phase canceller.


Quick Tuning adjust the adaptation manager for new or experienced hearing aid wearers. Make rapid overall gain adjustments based on client feedback.


Configure adjust noise reduction and wind noise manager levels and phase canceller; optimize inputs (omni, adaptive directional, fixed directional) for autoPro4™, autoPro2™ or manual programs based on the product selected (Indigo or Element).


Fitting Advice - U:fit will provide suggested adjustments based on client observations that are grouped into categories covering topics such as sound quality, noise, and overall loudness.


Fine Tuning - provides fitters with the flexibility to adjust hearing aid(s) response for soft, moderate or loud inputs across the low, mid and high-frequency regions.


AutoPro4Controls (Indigo) gives fitters flexibility to adjust the switching behavior of autoPro4. Adjust sensitivity (low to high range) and transition controls (gradual to immediate range).


AutoPro2 Controls (Element 16)/ autoMic Controls (Element 8) - gives fitters flexibility to adjust the switching behavior of autoPro2 or autoMic respectively. Adjust sensitivity (low to high range) and transition controls (gradual to immediate range).

U:fit datalogging

Data logging – provides an overview of clients’ hearing aid usage patterns.
