Unitron Hearing
Extends the Unison™ 6-3-Essential Series with Unison High Power Unitron
Hearing, a manufacturer of easy-to-use digital hearing solutions, announced today the introduction of
Unison High Power (HP). Unison HP extends the advantages of the Unison
6, 3 and Essential series to provide more choices in affordable power hearing instruments
for clients with severe to profound hearing losses. Unison HP offers the same
set of high-value digital features as the Unison 6-3-Essential series while addressing the specific
concerns of functionality, affordability, and aesthetics for clients with severe to profound hearing
losses. Unison 6-3-Essential HP models are uniquely suited for different lifestyles and budget requirements.
Clients can participate in more listening environments and experience the benefits of unique feedback
management technologies, a dual directional microphone system, and multiple listening programs. Unison
HP's increased number of bands and channels also provide more precise fittings for a wider range of
clients. Unison HP addresses a broad frequency response to satisfy the specific
listening needs of those with severe to profound hearing losses. By providing optimal gain in the low
frequencies, Unison HP delivers improved sensation of power, while high-frequency averages maximize
the audibility of speech cues. Unison HP is available in a smaller, attractive
BTE with longer battery life. Unison HP also includes a practical feature, the ideal volume indicator,
which emits a single beep when the correct volume for the wearer’s particular loss has been reached.
