Breeze Power Offers More Choice in Affordable Trimmer Digitals for Severe to Profound Hearing Losses

Unitron Hearing UK, a manufacturer of easy-to-use digital hearing solutions, announced today the addition of Breeze Power to their Breeze™ trimmer digital line. Since June 2004, Breeze has been well accepted in the market making digital easy to offer and easy to fit.

Breeze combines the listening benefits of a trimmer digital hearing instrument with the ease, simplicity, and affordability of an analogue instrument. Digital signal processing provides the advantages of greater personalisation, improved sound quality and reduced perception of background noise. The Breeze product family is also ideal for first-time clients and previous analogue wearers desiring a cleaner, more natural sound.

“Breeze Power is extremely accessible,” said Roger Lewin, General Manager, Unitron Hearing UK. “Its simple, effective trimmer-controlled fittings mean hearing healthcare practitioners can fit clients anywhere without having to rely on computer fitting technology.”

Breeze Power offers a choice of two pre-set processing strategies, AGCo or Linear, and multiple trimmers to optimally customize the fitting to clients’ needs and hearing losses. The Breeze AGCo Power BTEs feature output compression limiting for louder inputs, have three trimmer controls, and come standard with telecoil and direct audio inputs. Breeze Linear Power BTEs feature linear processing, have three trimmer controls, and are suitable for conductive or previous linear wearers.
