New President and Chief Executive Officer Cameron Hay to
Lead Major Global Growth Strategy
Kitchener, Ontario - Unitron Hearing today announced that, effective January 3,
2005, Cameron Hay will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Unitron Hearing Worldwide.
Hay replaces Mike Jones, who will continue to provide guidance and expertise during a transitional period
of approximately three months.

extend the company’s worldwide footprint into a leadership position.” In addition to his significant contributions to Unitron Hearing during the past three years as Vice
President and General Manager, Kitchener Operating Centre, Hay brings a wealth of international experience
to the organization. |
He
began his career with IBM, and subsequently held senior roles at Ernst & Young as a management consultant
focused on developing global growth strategies for many prominent, international, high-technology companies.
The strategic vision and international expertise garnered in these roles will be invaluable as
the organization enters this major growth phase.
